If you’re looking for something healthy to enjoy with a really great flavour, you can’t go wrong with this 4 ingredient vegan smoothie recipe.
Ingredients (1 large smoothie):
1 cup oat milk*
1 generous cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup kale, stalks removed & chopped
1/2 banana, chopped
water
*dairy milk can be used but if you want to keep it vegan, either almond or soy milk can be substituted
Directions:
Place the milk, berries, kale and banana in a blender and liquefy until smooth.
Check the texture of the smoothie and add small amounts of water, blending again, until you get a consistency that you prefer.
Pour into a large glass, and enjoy!

That sounds like a super healthy smoothy!! Never tried oat milk in a smoothy, usually use almond milk. Heard good things about oat milk though!
