Footsteps

Often, when I’m stressed, anxious or experiencing a low, my frayed edges can become hardened or antagonistic … so sometimes it’s good to have a reminder of how I want my footsteps to tread, my words to flow and my actions to speak.

Poem by Molly from Transatlantic Notes called ’Footsteps’: “Be open to guidance and growth in knowledge. Be giving with honest and kind intent; practice reciprocity."

How do you practice self-care?
