Herby Garlic Dip

This super tasty (quick and easy) Herby Garlic Dip can be made using vegan or dairy-based Greek yogurt. Either way, it’s delicious!

Ingredients (about 1 cup):

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (either a dairy or vegan variety)

½ tsp dried thyme

½ tsp dried basil

½ tsp dried oregano

¼ tsp black pepper

a good pinch of salt

2 – 4 garlic cloves, crushed

½ – 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, dried herbs, salt, pepper and the *crushed garlic and *lemon juice.

*Start by adding 2 crushed garlic cloves and ½ tbsp of lemon juice … if required, add more to taste (I use about 3 garlic cloves and varying amounts of lemon juice up to 1 tbsp).

Serve with chips, veggie sticks, falafel – or anything you want to dip!
