Poetry, Self-Care & Well-Being

You’ll Be Okay …

Mustering the energy to move about my day with some semblance of purpose has been evading me recently. Carrying my worries around is exhausting, especially when life is being more lemony than usual …

So if like me, you’re just struggling, this poem is for you. You’ll be okay …

Poem by Molly from Transatlantic Notes called ‘You’ll Be Okay’: “Sometimes the noise can't be quieted, sometimes the weight can't be lifted. Sometimes the days just break apart, sometimes it's felt all at once or not at all. Sometimes reminders that healing will come appear by chance and patiently whisper you'll be okay, you'll be okay, you'll be okay.”
