Abundance

Connection to things that bring us joy, or moments that create a balm for the soul, are all too often put aside when time becomes pressed and energy stretched.

I often need a reminder to spend moments doing something that helps to renew, refresh and keep me going …

Poem by Molly from Transatlantic Notes called ’Abundance’: “Time marches so walk amongst blossom, amble across dune, roam through pasture and sing to the moon. Journey atop mountain, stroll over stream, track between woodland and dance a fresh dream. Wander amidst harvest, step around bay, traverse abundance to create a new day.”

What do you do to relax or take you away from the stresses of your everyday?
