TN Poetry | Bloom

We all have value — even when we can’t recognise it. We all have purpose — even when we don’t sense it. We all have beauty — even when we don’t notice it.

Poem by Molly from Transatlantic Notes called ’Bloom’: “A garden at every stage from seed to beyond bloom has purpose and beauty. And so do you.”

Doubting ourselves is normal, the ebb and flow of life is natural — just take a little time to remind yourself of these things. And if you care for someone who experiences these highs and lows or needs to know they are cherished — tell them.
