Rest your heart for a while, be kind to yourself. Let yourself feel enough to remember, enough to learn, but never too much for it to be so heavy it’s all you can carry. Take your time, take a breath, and hold on to what will come …
The truth about heartbreak is that it is an inevitable part of life, but as disheartening as that may seem, nestled within that inevitability, which is often forgotten in the moment, is the fact that you are surrounded by people who have survived it. There are many around you right now who can support you and act as a reminder that you will recover, you will heal, and you can rebuild.
