Ingredients (approx. 16oz):
- x1 15oz can diced tomatoes
- x1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Put all the ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.

Store in an airtight container either in the refrigerator for up to a week (bring to room temperature before using as it will thicken) or in the freezer for up to a month (defrost completely before using).
