Nature is a very valuable teacher; depending on what we're seeking, the natural world can remind us about finding balance, connection and growth. Nature can be a form of therapy; reducing stress and improving our mental mindset -- there is so much we can learn from all that is around us.
An abundant life is one fueled by the nourishment of our mental, emotional and physical well-being. It's establishing that love, intentional joy and purpose doesn't solely come from who or what we surround ourselves with; it's the inner work that cares for our needs when we experience the ups and downs, successes and struggles that life typically cycles through.
When we question where life is taking us or we feel adrift without direction, it can be overwhelming and set off bouts of anxiety and stress. This then feeds into everything we do and how we approach our day; sometimes wondering where our purpose lies.
