When life is a bit of a struggle and difficulties sometimes linger, or things don't quite turn out how we planned, it's encouraging to receive a little reminder that better times are ahead. We may have to work at it and even ask for help, but change will be ready when we are. Being kind to ourselves in times of stagnation, change or upheaval etc represents an act of resiliency and self-love -- we're worth it.
